The result of this diverse approach is a set of expansions that sees each sporting a unique tone and telling a story that feels wildly different from the DLC pack that came before it....

The Last of Us: Part 2 gameplay may include combat on horseback, according to the game’s director Neil Druckmann. The gameplay tease follows another reveal by the developer earlier this week as Druckmann says he wants the game to have better graphics than Horizon Zero Dawn. On Twitter earlier today, Druckmann tweeted a photo update showing his day at work with co-writer (and former Westworld writer) Halley Gross. Joking that Gross “scares” him, many fans appreciated the brief glimpse at the ongoing development of the game....

Cid (Rhea Perlman) gets a well-deserved stint as a main character in an adventure that feels like a side plot, with choppy bursts of classic Star Wars action not really adding much to the story of the clones as clones....

During the Electronic Arts quarterly earnings call, company executives spoke about their plans and expectations for Star Wars Battlefront 2. During the call, Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen revealed that the company expects to sell around 14 million copies of Star Wars Battlefront 2 during in the game’s first five months. Jorgensen reminded listeners on the call that 2015’s Star Wars Battlefront shipped 14 million units between its release and the end of that fiscal year, which ended in March 2016....
