April is just around the corner, and with it comes a boatload of new shows coming to Disney+. For the full list, head to the bottom of this article. There are plenty of shows that you’ve likely never even heard of (because Disney owns so much stuff that it’s impossible to keep track), but there are few notable shows coming for Star Wars fans. First, we have Ewoks: The Battle for Endor, a completely misleading title since the real Battle for Endor didn’t happen until Return of the Jedi....

Already available on Oculus and HTC headsets, the highly-rated sword-fighting game Swords of Gargantua is heading to PSVR on December 8. Thirdverse’s VR title combines common roguelike tropes with fast-paced combat and offers both single player and co-op experiences. As you work your way through the Tesseract Abyss floors, you’ll level up your weapons, unlock new abilities, and battle against a variety of enemies before facing off against the towering titan, Gargantua....

An Australian teenager drops out of high school after making more than $30,000 USD by playing Fortnite professionally. The teen’s success in the game is much smaller than American teenager Bugha, who became a Fortnite millionaire at last year’s Fortnite World Cup, but suggests how valuable Fortnite skills can be. Speaking to A Current Affair, Australian teenager Alex Mackechnie, 17, has revealed that he now makes more money than his father does, all from playing Fortnite....

Even a decade after its initial release date, Terraria continues to amaze fans with new and exciting additions to the game. With plenty of enhancements coming via the final Terraria 1.4.1 update, gamers will have plenty of things to do to keep them busy. With all of the rare items in Terraria, one that could prove useful to players is the Sniper Scope. The Sniper Scope increases the viewing range for guns and is only available for Terraria players in Hard mode who have beaten the Golem in the Jungle Temple....

Ubisoft confirms that The Division has set the publisher’s new record for first day sales of both retail copies and digital downloads. In theory, all 18 types are equal within the world of Pokemon. They are designed to symbolize extensive balance. There are strong Pokemon of each type, as well as weak ones, cute ones, you name it. But the types themselves are built around the premise of shared power. This holds true — to a point. Some types have too many weaknesses while their greatest aspects are highly situational, putting them at an arguable disadvantage....

Solo: A Star Wars Story hit theaters in 2018 and had a disappointing run during its first two weekends. The movie’s screenwriter, Jon Kasdan, recently took to Twitter to confirm that no sequel is in development. Not every great game is an open world game, but there are certainly a lot of great open world games to play these days. Games like Grounded, Sea of Thieves, Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 5, No Man’s Sky, Astroneer, Satisfactory, American Truck Simulator, Valheim, Borderlands 3, The Witcher 3, Nier: Automata, Terraria, Starbound, The Elder Scrolls Online, and every Yakuza game ever made, just to name a few. Conventions shutting down due to the ongoing pandemic have hit gaming enthusiasts hard in 2020, but there’s no gaming niche more affected than tabletop gamers. While video game players have been able to continue playing online, tabletop fans have had to largely give up their local groups in addition to conventions. Valve, for its part, is trying to make up for that in a small way, as starting late October, Valve will be hosting a Steam Digital Tabletop Fest just for fans....

Stephen Amell may have shelved his bow and quiver, having retired from his Star City vigilantism on The CW’s Arrow this past January, but there’s plenty of hard-hitting small screen violence in his future when he headlines Starz’s professional wrestling series, Heels. Indeed, updates from the star—along with casting news—seem to indicate that said series is finally moving things along. With Amell set to star as struggling wrestling promoter Jack Spade, who doubles as an in-ring competitor, the star clearly needs to maintain his famously impressive Arrow physical conditioning for the new series....
