Although some might mistake the Story of Seasons franchise as an unrelated entity, it is actually a re-titled Harvest Moon. When Natsume localized Marvelous Entertainment and Xseed Games’ creations into English, it won the rights to the series’ Western name....

According to the rumor mill, the next Assassin’s Creed game isn’t slated to release until 2022, but regardless of when it comes out, there’s one common fan demand: the return of a legitimate Assassin character. What this means is truly up to interpretation, but it is easy enough to see how the latest characters to grace a cover have diverged from hooded figures like Altair and Ezio. In Assassin’s Creed Origins, this was Bayek who would go on alongside Amunet to found the Hidden Ones; while this is a precursor to the modern assassins, Bayek played and acted differently than what one would expect....

YouTuber Arekkz reveals the details behind three of the new gear sets players will find in the Underground DLC expansion coming later this month for The Division. As seen at E3 earlier this week, Tom Clancy’s The Division is getting its first major expansion later this month with the Underground DLC, which plans to take players down into the maze like structures of the New York City subways. Like the previous two free updates, Underground will introduce four new gear sets for players to collect, and three of them have just been revealed....

Now that reviews are out, you’ve probably seen a lot of people claiming that Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is the first game that truly feels next-gen. Frankly, I don’t necessarily agree with that sentiment. If you ask me, Rift Apart feels like classic Ratchet & Clank with a shiny coat of paint. The rift bounding turned out to be a pretty exaggerated part of the marketing, and the gameplay hasn’t evolved much beyond what we saw in Ratchet & Clank on the PS4, or even the Future trilogy for that matter....

The Elder Scrolls 6 is one of the most anticipated games in development, even though players know next to nothing about it or what it will entail. Pretty much all Elder Scrolls fans have to go in is a logo that Bethesda showed at E3 a couple of years ago, as nothing else has been revealed about the game in an official capacity. It’s unclear when more Elder Scrolls 6 news will come, but a recent social media post by Bethesda has some fans buzzing that it may hint at the game’s setting....

After countless delays, it’s beginning to feel like Warner Bros.’ long-gestating The Flash movie is never actually going to see the light of day. But the studio wants to keep the hype train rolling anyway. WB has just unveiled new footage from The Flash at this year’s CinemaCon, and the big focus is (unsurprisingly) the return of Michael Keaton as Batman. The promo even shows Keaton back in the Batsuit for the first time since 1992’s Batman Returns....

As part of DC’s Fandome, Publisher Jim Lee answered a number of fan questions in prerecorded videos from his home studio. One of those answers gave some pretty definitive information about DC’s upcoming publishing schedule. “There won’t be a project called 5G or a big reboot or whatever,” Lee told the remote audience. Lee was responding to speculation about DC’s rumored crossover that might have done everything from replacing all of the current big heroes with newer characters to a hard “back to 1939” reboot for the line, depending on which corners of the internet you mined....
