Since she left the iconic science fiction show, however, Piper has been steadily carving out a niche for herself in well-written, often subversive TV drama as an actress who isn’t afraid to take chances with her performance or on a controversial role. Her latest turn, as hot mess celebrity Suzie in I Hate Suzie, is yet another example of Piper’s willingness to take on new and challenging roles....

Lucasfilm had good news and bad news for Star Wars fans looking forward to new Disney+ shows this year. The recent PlayStation 4 exclusive The Last of Us Part 2 was reportedly the top-selling game for the month of June. Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, the modern maestros of Star Wars, brought a bantha-sized batch of bounty to Star Wars Anaheim 2022 in the form of The Mandalorian Experience, an expansive display of props, costumes, and set pieces spanning the first two seasons of the popular Disney+ series, as well as The Book of Boba Fett. During the Lucasfilm Studio Showcase panel, Favreau said he wanted to assemble the Mando exhibit as a thank you to fans who supported the show....

Despite having written before about how games can have a positive influence on mental health, I didn’t grasp the full effects of this until recently. It’s been clear for a while that numerous games can be beneficial, especially for people who struggle with anxiety. Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, and The Sims are only a few examples of games that many will point to and describe as calming. A Suicide Squad game has been rumored since the release of its cinematic counterpart, and many wanted to see their favorite characters in a game similar to the critically-acclaimed Batman Arkham titles. Speculation about the game has steadily increased as the DC FanDome event has drawn closer, and it seems that players will finally get insight into the upcoming title. This will be a relief to players who thought that the game may never come to fruition because of external business factors....
