Ubisoft Toronto took to the stage at Ubisoft’s E3 2017 Press Conference to announce Starlink: Battle For Atlas, a space-based exploration game that features a group of space pilots fighting to reclaim the Atlas star system from the clutches of an evil robotic force called The Forgotten Legends. Ubisoft Toronto producer Matthew Rose delivered the world’s first look at Starlink: Battle For Atlas, which admittingly does give No Man’s Sky vibes - though both games are set to take very different directions....

Respawn Entertainment made a huge announcement for the future of Apex Legends at the EA Play event. Respawn confirmed that Apex Legends would be getting cross-play, and will be coming to Nintendo Switch and the Steam store. As a welcome gift from Steam, Apex Legends cosmetics will be released as Steam exclusives. Apex Legends is gearing up for a Steam release in the fall, but no exact release date has been announced yet....

This October will mark the 10th anniversary of the premiere of Arrow, the superhero TV series that ended up kickstarting one of the most important corners of superhero media in history. Today Dotemu’s revival of SEGA’s beloved beat-em’-up franchise Streets of Rage, Streets of Rage 4, finally released almost 30 years after the release of Streets of Rage 3 in 1994 for SEGA Genesis. Streets of Rage 4 is currently sitting at a 85 on review score aggregator site OpenCritic, with the lowest review sitting at a 7/10 and the highest being a 10/10, which is incredibly impressive. Most reviews put the game at an 8/10, making it one of the highest rated 2D beat-em’-ups of the past decade....

Massive Entertainment’s post-apocalyptic third-person looter shooter The Division 2 has been going strong since its release in early 2019, with three DLC releases, one major content update with the Warlords of New York expansion, limited-time themed events, and regular patches. Todd Howard has claimed in an interview at Brighton Digital 2020 that The Elder Scrolls 6 will have expansive cities that are larger than those in previous Bethesda titles. Looks like even the fastest man alive might have trouble keeping to a schedule sometimes. DC’s upcoming film The Flash appears to finally have a set window to begin filming, and in at least two ways, it’s about time. The film is reportedly set to begin shooting in April 2021. Ezra Miller will return to play the titular hero while Andy Muschietti, director of 2017’s It, is attached to direct. Filming will reportedly be done at Warner Bros....
