The Call of Duty franchise has been doing well for almost two decades now. Every year Activision has a new developer, like Treyarch, give players a campaign to help tie together the series’ ever-expanding lore, as with the case of Cold War’s missions. Every hero needs a good villain to fight, and over the past decade, the series has had a variety of villains. From rogue soldiers to terrorists wanting to watch the world burn, the villains of the Call of Duty series are comparable to that of action-movie villains....

For some players, it’s 60fps or nothing. Sadly, those who have wanted to experience The Last Guardian on their PS5s in shiny new backwards-compatible style may be more than a little disappointed by this one. The original story continues below.] Following two successful beta tests, The Division 2 officially launches for all players later this week. As expected, the game will be getting a day one patch to address a number of things discovered in the past month or so, with PS4 players having to take an extra step to ensure that their extra large update size can fit on the hard drive....

Fans are getting ready for The Division 2’s launch on March 15, 2019, but an announcement from Ubisoft may concern prospective PlayStation 4 players when it comes to their hard drive space. According to a new update from Ubisoft’s support page, PS4 players of The Division 2 that purchase a physical copy of the game will need to download a huge “Title Update 1” patch. On its support page, Ubisoft recommends that PS4 users playing The Division 2 via physical copies should start by installing from disc and allowing the console to stay online so it can also download Title Update 1 at the same time, and that players should “expect a 88-92 GB download”....

Ubisoft, facing “unprecedented demand,” is extending The Division’s weekend beta by 24 hours to provide playing time for the latest round of invited players. To say that Ubisoft’s ongoing closed beta for their upcoming online multiplayer shooter The Division has been popular would be a dramatic understatement. Today is the final day of the 3-day, or 4-day for Xbox players, beta yet Ubisoft has only today sent out the final allotment of beta invites to those with guaranteed access from pre-ordering....

The latest update for Ubisoft Massive’s third-person shooter Tom Clancy’s The Division provides the game with buffs to the Underground DLC’s loot drops. Now that today’s weekly scheduled maintenance for Tom Clancy’s The Division has been completed, the fans of Ubisoft Massive’s action-RPG might notice some significant changes implemented in the title. For starters, and perhaps most importantly, the update has buffed the Underground DLC’s loot drops by giving players a much better chance at getting more loot upon finishing Operations with over four Directives....

Klei Entertainment releases a new gameplay trailer for its upcoming first-person platforming game Hot Lava, which challenges players to ’not touch the floor.'
