Let’s get this out of the way: Star Wars: Visions is wonderful, a pleasure to watch from start to finish, even if it does tend to lean on the same subject matter from one anime short film to the next. But Visions‘ over-reliance on Jedi stories is more than fair. After all, George Lucas heavily borrowed from real samurai history and traditions for his laser sword-brandishing space wizards. It’s only right that the seven Japanese animation studios assembled to bring Visions to life should get a chance to reinterpret Jedi lore now....
Last year’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order turned out to be a very well-received game and once again restored people’s faith in EA. In fact, some Star Wars fans felt that the game was a fitting spiritual successor to the cancelled Force Unleashed 3, which made it as far as the prototype stage before it was cancelled. Last week, Ubisoft unveiled The Division 2’s PvP game modes. The dedicated player versus player game modes will be called Conquest and Domination and will resemble the traditional multiplayer gameplay offered by other shooters.
