Paramount is planning to expand the cinematic universe of John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place with a third film in the franchise. Mud director Jeff Nichols has been tapped to helm the project based on an idea from Krasinski. Directed and co-written by Krasinski, A Quiet Place followed Lee and Evelyn Abbot as they attempted to protect and raise their children in a world overrun by extraterrestrial monsters. While the creatures may be blind, their acute sense of hearing requires survivors to remain absolutely silent in order to avoid being consumed....

Confusion about what Google Stadia’s Pro subscription service is has led the company to offer a correcting statement on the issue. In a Reddit Ask Me Anything Q&A, a Google Stadia representative made clear that “Stadia Pro is not ‘Netflix for Games.’ " In other words, paying for a Stadia Pro subscription won’t grant access to a library of free games to play. Google Stadia, according to the representative, is better compared to Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus....

One of last year’s most popular games is finally coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X, as Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is receiving a next-gen update later this summer. A specific date was not revealed, although the update will be free for current owners. I’m a weirdo in that I love Paizo’s Pathfinder and Starfinder tabletop RPGs, but have never actually gotten to play a campaign in either.
