With the Great Dalmuti card game ringing in its 25th anniversary, Wizards of the Coast is releasing an all-new Dungeons & Dragons themed deck of cards, complete with new names more fitting for the D&D theme. The “Knight” card has been cleverly reworked into “Templar,” the “Cook” is now an evil “Apothecary,” and even the “Peasant” card has been transformed into the more evocative “Rat Catcher.” What better way to celebrate 25 years of fast-paced fun than to create an adventurer-friendly deck?...

The first major content update for Naughty Dog’s critically-acclaimed The Last of Us 2 is now available to download. The biggest new update to The Last of Us 2 in the newly-released Grounded Update is the addition of new difficulty settings. Upon downloading the Grounded Update, The Last of Us 2 players can play through the game on the Grounded difficulty setting, which removes most HUD elements and makes enemies deadlier....

Star Wars: The Bad Batch Episode 4 The clones of the Bad Batch are low on food and fuel, but it’s a more exotic problem that meets them on the planet Pantora: a cool and competent bounty hunter. “Cornered,” an action-heavy episode directed by Saul Ruiz and written by Christian Taylor, brings more of the same to The Bad Batch. This might end up being a make-or-break episode for some folks; we’re really in the plot now, the threats and relationships established....

Stardew Valley’s 1.5 update brought with it a ton of new items for players to use on their farm. Along with these fun crops, recipes, and island farms, a new animal was added to the game. This animal is the Ostrich, which can’t be bought through Marnie like the other animals in the game. Developer Undead Labs reveals a new piece of concept art for State of Decay 2, which shows off a beautiful sunset contrasted with the horror of the undead. Developer Undead Labs is hard at work polishing its upcoming open-world zombie-killing sequel State of Decay 2. While the developer has yet to reveal any gameplay for the title beyond the short video from E3 2016, it has been releasing a steady stream of concept art for the game to whet gamers’ appetites....

A new flavor of the popular Pringles chips has plenty of people talking. The flavor is “Moa Burger” and it’s based off a flightless bird creature originally seen in Halo: Reach. The Moa Burger flavor comes as part of a scheduled deal between Pringles and Microsoft to promote the delayed Halo Infinite, which was originally supposed to release in 2020 but now will release sometime in the fall of this year....

A new teaser trailer for the upcoming CW series, Superman and Lois has been released. The trailer is focused on the Kent family, with the only characters visible being Clark Kent, his wife Lois, and their two sons, Jonathan and Jordan. This version of Superman, played by actor Tyler Hoechlin, made several appearances on the CW show Supergirl and participated in crossovers with the other DC shows in the same universe....

After fully releasing for PC back in April of this year, gaming fans had been wondering when the video game developer Endnight Games’ open world survival-horror title The Forest would be branching out to other platforms. Now, the studio has officially announced that PS4 owners will have the chance to play the title on Sony’s current generation console later this fall starting on November 6, 2018. While the fact that The Forest coming to PlayStation 4 should be exciting enough for fans of the survival-horror genre, Endnight Games has promised that the console iteration will also be receiving content not originally found on the PC version at launch....

It’s been quite some time since we last heard about Swery’s open-world RPG The Good Life, but it appears as if things are in good hands. This morning, publisher The Irregular Corporation announced that it will not only be handling publishing duties on this cute little game but that The Good Life should be hitting PC and consoles in the summer of 2021. Tactical Breach Wizards mixes spells and heavy tactical gear in a creative mishmash of old and new concepts. Being developed by Suspicious Developments on Steam, Tactical Breach Wizards’ creator recently shared a seven-minute gameplay trailer exploring its first act. The thought of gun-wielding wizards is rather terrifying, and Tactical Breach Wizards plans to exploit the skills of these characters within turn-based combat. The title has been given the release date of “When it’s done”, but creator Tom Francis’ extended gameplay preview gives a detailed look at combat and the crucial forward planning needed to advance....
