Last month, Super Nintendo World opened at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. Now, just a month after opening, Universal has announced that the entire park will be temporarily closing because of a spike in COVID-19 cases. As promised, the reborn Telltale Games has followed through on bringing back its old back catalog. Under new management by LCG Entertainment, Telltale Games has renewed its lapsed licenses and brought back many of its most beloved titles, including perhaps its most beloved title of all: Tales from the Borderlands. If you previously owned Tales from the Borderlands you could still play it from Steam and any console where you’d previously installed it, but anyone who didn’t already own the game couldn’t purchase it as of May 2019....

Being a Medic is tough. Not only does he ensure his team’s survivability, but he also has to evade getting killed himself. As a priority target, keeping alive as a Medic is harder than keeping alive as any other class....

Team Fortress 2 is overrun by bots, and Valve doesn’t seem to care. We ran a story with this exact headline a week ago, but since then, further damning details have emerged revealing the depths of the problem. TF2’s bots go way beyond creating a nuisance for players, derailing games, or sabotaging the in-game market in order to make a profit. Screenshots recently obtained by TheGamer from one of TF2’s legitimate players reveal that the bots are also infecting the game with racial slurs, offering to sell bots (or bot immunity), and even posting links to alleged child pornography....

Why am I doing this again? I thought it would be a fun experience to look at the evolution of Mortal Kombat fatalities: to see how comically unrealistic the early iterations were despite the controversy they generated, to look at how over the top the whole thing became before the eventual reboot, and to compare them to the new HD, ultra realistic look. Every game changes at least somewhat from the idea phase to the execution. Resident Evil Village is no different. Receiving its roots in 1984, The Dark Eye - one of Germany’s most popular pen-and-paper RPGs - is receiving the digital treatment and making its way to PC next month, working closely with the game’s rights owner, Ulisses Spiele. On June 6th, The Dark Eye: Book of Heroes will be released on Steam, bringing its Dungeons & Dragons-style of gameplay to gamers’ PCs. In The Dark Eye: Book of Heroes, players will create their character - including their own backstory - and head out as a lone wolf or as a team (of up to four other players in online co-op) in search of action, adventure, and (of course) loot, as they make their way through the land of Aventuria....

At E3 2018, Ubisoft is giving fans its very first look at The Division 2. Production on HBO’s The Last of Us has moved from the Boston QZ set in the city of Calgary in Alberta, Canada to the town of Canmore in the country’s Rocky Mountains region. It’s there that HBO is filming the scenes set in the Jackson,Wyoming settlement from the games.
