Triggering Victor’s Cutscenes

Go to Shearwater Bridge between 8 am to 5 pm in any season, except Winter. It will also need to be a sunny day.

Enter town between 10:30 am and 5 pm on a sunny day; this can’t occur in Winter.
Victor’s Six Heart Event
Go to town on a sunny day between 12 pm and 5 pm.
Victor’s Eight Heart Event
After seeing Victor’s six heart event, visit him at his home.

Go into town on a sunny day between 6 am and 12 pm after seeing all the other events.
