One of the most critically-acclaimed versions of Tetris, the psychedelic puzzler Tetris Effect, may be coming to a new platform soon, because evidence has shown up suggesting the game may be launching for Oculus Quest.

The evidence in question consists of reports by users on Reddit that claim that Tetris Effect was briefly listed on the “Coming Soon” section for the standalone headset’s store page, and a few were able to capture screenshots of the listing, as shared by Upload VR. Furthermore, given that the game has already been released for VR on the PS4 and PC via the Epic Games Store, it’s not too far-fetched for the game to make its way onto another virtual reality platform.

So far, neither Oculus VR nor the game’s developers have commented at all about the leak, but Upload VR reports that it reached out to Oculus’ parent company Facebook to ask for confirmation on a Oculus Quest version, and to see if there’s a release date planned yet. As of this writing, though, there has been no response.

Since it came out in 2018, Tetris Effect has wowed critics and casual fans alike with how it combines Tetris’ strong core gameplay with over-the-top visuals and an atmospheric soundtrack, creating a cerebral experience that may feel is at its best in VR. So with any luck, Oculus users will soon be able to experience it for themselves.

Tetris Effect is available for PC and PS4.
