When it comes to Valorant, the guns are unlike any other. They span from cartoonish, futuristic, and gothic to the far more realistic World War Two styles. They can make anyone look great and certainly reflect your personality.

While there are so many new skins being added and your favorite is ultimately your own opinion, these choices are undeniably badass. They’re well worth trying out and who knows, maybe you’ll enjoy yourself even more.

Updated July 5, 2022, by Jessica Filby: Valorant continues to reap the rewards of success and often introduces a variety of brand new weapon skins. Some are relatively easy to get hold of whereas some will allow you to wield the rarest skins in Valorant. The skin may not increase your skill but it goes a long way to make you feel unique and allow other players the chance to see how experienced and committed you are to the game. After all, who doesn’t want to look experienced, badass, and awesome all at the same time? With some of these skins, all that is entirely possible.

20 Infantry

While Valorant is hardly a battle set in the past, it’s never a bad thing to have a few touches reminiscent of historical weapons or items. The Infantry skin is just that and looks awesome. It’s subtle, deadly, and perfect for lovers of history or just previous warfare.

Interestingly, this is one of the rarer skins in Valorant since it’s no longer available in the store. If you want this skin, you’ll have to wait until it becomes available in the store’s daily offers. You won’t see many of these around so grab it when you can.

19 Valorant Go!

With two different versions of the Valorant Go! skin, it’s up to you to decide which one you prefer. It’s not an easy choice considering the fact that they both look amazing, especially for any comic or superhero fans.

Although not specifically designed after the heroes many know and love, this is reminiscent of those crime-fighting legends and will imbue you with the power to defeat the enemy, or at least look good trying.

18 Spectrum

When Riot games and legendary DJ Zedd come together to make a skin, you just know it will be popular. While perhaps not the rarest Valorant skin, the Spectrum set is highly desired, even after a year of being released.

This is primarily due to the fantastically futuristic style and the unique graphics imbued into the logo and other elements that are best found alone. All that is the reason why it’s often described as one of the most ambitious skins since the Elderflame addition. You’ll fall in love with this skin as soon as you see it.

17 Ruination

Ruination looks like what happens when you combine Aliens with the Hivemind skin. It seems relatively similar to this well-known Valorant skin but has a darker twist that some players will adore.

The skins look amazing on the guns themselves but what really sells this design is the way the melee weapon looks. After all, who doesn’t want to fight with an awesome sword at their side? It’s ideal for anyone who wants to use more melee. Or if they just want to look awesome with every weapon they choose to use.

16 Sentinels Of Light

With a bit more of a regal and holy design, this is ideal for anyone who seems to always play a Cleric in D&D, or those who always try to do the right thing, even if it means a little chaos and violence.

This skin promotes such thinking and stands out for all the right reasons. It also has the fantastic lore of the Sentinels of Light attached to it allowing you to delve deeper into the brilliant RPG that is Valorant.

15 Sakura

Meaning ‘cherry blossom’, the Sakura skin is beautiful and perfect for anyone who loves the Japanese culture. This skin looks amazing on the classic pistol and is just beautiful in general with the perfect balance of white, black, red, and pink.

Just like the cherry blossom tree, this gun is as close to calm, beauty, and tranquility as a gun can get. You can get hold of this at the shop for 1,275 Valorant Points.

14 Magepunk

Some love the Japanese culture, some love futuristic, others love steampunk. So if steampunk is your kind of style then you’ll be desperate to get hold of the Magepunk skin. Even if you’re impartial to the steampunk style, it’s pretty hard to not think this skin is one of the best.

It combines a perfect mix of old and new to create a really unique but subtle design that makes you feel just out of the wild west, if it were a little more futuristic. You can get this weapon for 1,775 Valorant Points, or 7,100 VP for the set.

13 BlastX

A lot of guns in Valorant are designed to look either stealthy, powerful, or badass, the BlastX skin couldn’t be any further from the typical designs. That’s what makes it so perfect for those players who like a little bit of fun and don’t want to blend in at all.

From a first look, this gun screams child’s water pistol or the kind of gun you get in cartoons. It looks best in the Spectre gun due to the colors, plastic design, and the amount of space on the gun to show the amazing skin. You can pick any color you want, but it’ll cost 2,175 VP to get the BlastX Spectre.

12 Ion

It’s easy to understand the love behind the child-like guns or the steampunk designs, however, some just love to go for the futuristic design. After all, it’s incredibly slick and stylish, which is probably why fans love this skin so much.

Valorant’s art leader Sean Marino wanted to make this skin look like a sci-fi scenario mixed with a hopeful utopia and once you know that it’s hard to think of anything else. Nevertheless, the Ion skin is beautifully slick and wonderfully unique, perfect for anyone looking for the best skins in Valorant. It costs 1,775 VP per gun.

11 Hivemind

The name of the skin pretty much describes the look perfectly. It has a rather simplistic design with some bright purple accents that draw your eyes straight to the Ares’ sizeable magazine. Perhaps the biggest shame is the fact that it’s no longer available to buy in the store.

It was available in the Battle Pass in Act Two but most players hope it’ll make a reappearance soon as it was very quickly labeled the best Valorant skin at the time. After looking at it, most find it pretty hard to argue.

10 Prism 2

A vast amount of Valorant weapon skins are futuristic and tend to lean more to the gold, white or black design, prioritizing stealth rather than color. However, the Prism 2 is a perfect example of how beautiful going against the norm can be.

It’s still simplistic and looks amazing but it’s the hot pink and black combination that will really grab your eye. Not only that but it’s also one of the cheapest skins in the game, coming in at only 875 VP. Ultimately, it might be cheap but it’s by no means bad, this skin is entirely underrated.

9 Prime 2.0

With a nice smooth futuristic look, the Prime skin looks amazing on any gun and is a favorite among fans. It gets so much better at level seven as the gun sports the same futuristic appearance but with brighter and arguably more beautiful colors to it.

To get hold of this skin pack you can head to the shop and spend 1,775 Valorant Points per gun or 3,550 VP for the melee knife skin. If you want them all then you can pay 7,100 VP to get hold of the Melee, Bucky, Frenzy, Odin, and Phantom as a set.

8 Spline

The Spline skin collection just screams alien and awesome. It looks like something straight out of the clutches of an alien and is just a pretty recognizable weapon. There are color variants up to level four for the Classic, Operator, Phantom, and Spectre that all look incredible.

While it’s the design that really gets everyone excited, the colors are just the icing on the cake. To get hold of these skins simply go to the store and spend 1,775 VP per gun and 3,550 VP for the knife, or 7,100 VP for the full collection.

7 Winterwunderland

Some of the best skins in Valorant are versatile ones that change often and really make the gun or melee weapon come alive. This couldn’t be more true for the Winterwunderland skin set.

It has a beautiful wintery scene that changes to a night scene when you enter a darker or shadowy area. It’s extremely versatile, nice to look at, and perfect for the Phantom. This gun is a little cheaper than other guns, coming in at 5,100 VP for the collection and then 1,275 VP per gun and 2,550 VP for the wonderful candy cane.

6 Glitchpop

Some players prefer to slink through the shadows and remain unseen as best they can, whereas others like skins that are colorful and as bright as they can get, just like Glitchpop!

This vibrant, almost neon design, is bound to make you stand out. The skin pack is pretty popular but can be found for a little more than the average price.

You can get hold of the Bulldog, Frenzy, Judge, and Odin for 2,175 VP and get the Knife for 4,350 VP. For the collection just head into the store and spend a huge 8,700 VP. It’s expensive but just look how cool they are.

5 Reaver

For those who prefer hiding in the shadows and being a little more stealthy, not that that’s easy in Valorant, the Reaver will be a perfect depiction of your gameplay. The Reaver skin is a deadly-looking design that really shows that you mean business. It’s subtle enough that it blends into the darker areas but also recognizable enough that it makes you feel as cool as you look, especially when you kill an enemy.

Head to the store and you’ll see the Reaver skin on the Guardian, Operator, Sheriff, Knife, and the Vandal. As per, the guns cost 1,775 VP and the Knife costs 3,550 VP. While the collection is 7,100 VP. The VFX and Finishers that these guns are capable of makes buying the pack so worth it.

4 Elderflame

When searching through the skins in the store, most people have an idea of the style of gun they want to use. But no one expects to find a gun that allows them to shoot from a literal dragon. Who doesn’t want a gun that looks as cool as this? It’s got some awesome streaks of color and a brilliant design down the barrel. It’s unique and well worth grabbing from the store, even if it is pretty expensive.

You can get the Frenzy, Judge, Operator, and Vandal with the Elderflame skin at a cost of 2,475 VP each, and the Knife is 4,950 VP. It’s pretty costly but that collection is hard to resist, even if it is 9,900 VP.

3 Nebula

Who doesn’t love the endless expanse of space? Now slap those beautiful nebula colors onto a gun and everyone’s happy, no matter which Agent you play. This skin set is perfect for standing out as well as keeping it simple.

Ultimately, this set is classic and beautiful with quirky colors, you can’t go wrong really. If this gun is perfect for you then head into the store and purchase the Ares, Guardian, Phantom, and Sheriff for 1,775 VP each or 7,100 for the collection. The Knife isn’t as cool as other skins but it matches well and is 3,550 VP.

2 Oni

While Valorant isn’t exactly known for its pirates, this gun certainly makes up for the lack of swashbuckling sailors. It doesn’t exactly scream pirate but the resemblance is rather uncanny.

Ultimately, the Oni skin set is as colorful as a parrot and as awesome as the details on the handle of the gun. This set is well worth getting, purely for the pirate resemblance. This awesome skin can be brought for 1,775 VP when buying the available guns (Bucky, Guardian, Phantom, and Shorty) and is 3,550 for the incredible devilish knife. Alternatively, the entire collection is 7,100 VP.

1 Gravitational Uranium Neuroblaster

One of the best skins in Valorant goes to the rather long-named, Gravitational Uranium Neuroblaster. It’s best used on the Classic Pistol and makes it look like an awesome Ray Gun that even shoots rays instead of bullets. It sounds and shoots like a Ray Gun and can be altered to shoot red or blue rays. It’s super cool and definitely a fan favorite. After all, who doesn’t want to shoot a Ray Gun whenever they can?

The available guns for this skin are the Classic, Operator, Bucky, and Spectre and can be brought from the store for 1,775 VP each. The knife, or in this case a scientific-style wand, is the usual 3,550 VP if you want to use something a bit different. The collection is 7,100 VP if you want to have the full Ray Gun look.
