If you’re in the market for a LEGO game and don’t want to spend any money, developer Traveler’s Tales has the perfect thing for you. In an effort to keep people home and safe, the studio is handing out the hilariously named The LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Based on the 2017 film of mostly the same name, this would be a fine addition to your collection if you happen to have children (or are a child at heart).
I really miss the days of movie tie-in games where their video game counterparts had hilariously drawn-out names. Things like Street Fighter: The Movie: The Game come to mind. That was my first thought after reading this particular title. I honestly don’t know much about the film, but a free game is a free game.
As the tweet reads, you’ll have until May 21 to nab this offer. That gives you roughly a week to boot up your console of choice and add it to your digital collection. I’m not sure why the Switch version isn’t included, but it’s not like the game has hefty system requirements. Your older PC should probably be able to run this without a problem.
