The official PlayStation Blog website has been updated to make it easier to switch between languages, as well as combining the English versions of the site into one.
Sony has often used the official PlayStation Blog as a place to make official announcements or upload Q&A sessions regarding upcoming games. A lot of what we know about the PlayStation 5 has come from this site, especially in regards to the DualSense controllers. It’s an important place for Sony to market its games and it’s usually the best place to check for statements regarding hardware and software.
According to a new post on the PlayStation Blog, the site has received several long-overdue upgrades in regards to accessibility. It’s now possible to switch to different languages/regional variations of the site by selecting from a drop-down menu on the top of the screen. These include the Latin American, Brazilian, Japanese, French, Russian, Italian, German, and Spanish versions of the site. The site has also merged with the EU version of the site, in order to integrate all of the English versions into one, rather than having separate updates for North America and the UK. This means that information pertaining to both regions (such as different release dates) will be included together in the future.
